We’re looking for an internal recruitment manager that can make quality hires across a vast range of senior roles. Ideally, you will have experience recruiting for the creative/digital/marketing industries, but this is not essential, as we understand that the right person will be able to source for any position. We’re a fast-paced, award-winning agency, voted No1 in Essex by our clients. We’re growing fast and we have no plans for slowing down. We need someone that can keep up with our demand for more talent, streamline our recruitment process and find the A-players we’re looking for to grow our agency. You’ll need to keep calm under pressure and be able to manage your time – as well as other people’s – effectively. This is NOT a commission-based role, we are offering a generous base salary to the right candidate. 
 
...And if the right people aren’t coming to us, you’ll be expected to go out and find them. Inbound, outbound and anything in between – by any means possible. You’ll write the ads, handle all the initial communication and present all worthy candidates to the Operations team. This is an end-to-end recruitment role in every sense of the word. We’re not recruiters, that’s why we’re looking for a recruitment professional.

Requirements

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Working with department heads to create job specifications

  • Uploading job specifications to relevant platforms/boards and determining additional spend for promotion

  • Working to create recruitment strategies for high profile roles and inputting into the testing/screen process based on experience 

  • Pre-screening candidates and responding to both successful/unsuccessful applicants

  • Managing internal diaries for interviews, ensuring meeting rooms are booked and sending invites to candidates

  • Keeping a log of interviews and status updates on each candidate 

  • Assist with the on-boarding of new starters, collating all relevant info, ensuring contracts get signed and all questions are answered 

  • Reporting to department heads, the MD and Operations Director on significant events
