We are looking for a detail-orientated Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team, to analyse our clients' digital marketing performance and propose actionable strategies to improve overall digital marketing performance which will deliver meaningful results. You will provide data-driven insights to inform our strategies moving forward, and support the optimisation of our clients' marketing iniaitives and campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reporting and carrying out deep analysis to interpret marketing data, as well as providing recommendations to improve digital performance and maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, report, analyse, and interpret marketing data across multiple channels and disciplines including SEO, Paid Media, Email/CRM, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing and more
  • Present all data findings and strategic recommendations through the creation of reports for campaigns and digitally-retained clients 
  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards using reporting tools such as Whatagraph (or similar)
  • Utilise and manage data visualisation tools i.e. Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI or similar, to track key performance metrics and trends
  • Provide actionable and meaningful insights and recommendations for our clients, reporting this back to the Strategy Dept. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams including the wider Digital Dept. as well as our Content, Design and Web Development teams to ensure there is always data-driven decision making
  • Stay current and up-to-date with the latest and relevant digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and industry best practices

Requirements

What do you need?

  • A sound knowledge of analytics tools including GA4, Google Ads, Google Console and Google Tag Manager

  • Proven experience in digital marketing analytics, including analysing and interpreting data from various marketing channels

  • Experience with managing and monitoring multiple projects; with the ability to deliver strong strategic evidence and insights 

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels including SEO, Paid Media, Email/CRM, Analytics, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing and more

  • A solid understanding of meeting our clients' objectives and managing expectations, working to budgets and tight deadlines

  • A willingness to take on new challenges to further develop your skill set

  • An ability to interpret and discuss digital marketing briefs, with a clear understanding of objectives, goals and KPIs

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with the wider team and clients 

  • A versatile nature with the ability to work fast with agility whilst not compromising accuracy; attention to detail and taking pride in your work is an absolute must

  • To stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tech and software

Please note: We do offer flexible working hours but this is a full-time, in office position.
