We are looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be an all-rounder; someone that has a strong knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape; knowing how the tools work but more importantly how to form and implement strategies across a wide range of digital channels and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and roadmaps that align with our clients' business objectives and KPIs, ensuring seamless integration across all digital channels
  • Lead, nurture and grow our digital marketing team, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across digital platforms
  • Guide the SEO and content marketing strategies, working with our SEO experts to ensure improved organic visibility and engagement
  • Utilise tools like GA4, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc. to derive insights from campaign data, working with the rest of the Digital team to make informed decisions to optimise performance
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their goals are met and expectations exceeded. Oversee the delivery of regular performance reports and insights
  • Understand all key metrics and objectives to help craft the reports with deep analysis on the effectiveness of digital marketing iniaitives for our clients
  • Assist in client meetings and support with proposals, showcasing our agency's expertise and value proposition
  • Collaborate with internal teams including the wider Digital Dept. as well as our Content, Design and Web Development teams to ensure there is always data-driven decision making
  • Stay current and up-to-date with the latest and relevant digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and industry best practices


What do you need?

  • Experience working across the digital landscape with a deep understanding of SEO, CRO, Paid Media, CRM, Social and more

  • A sound knowledge of analytics, data and reporting tools including GA4, Ads, Console, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMRush, HubSpot, Whatagraph (or similar data visualisation tools like Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio or others)

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and how both organic and paid works (in particular Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube)

  • To be commercially-minded, with the ability to build and execute digital plans to achieve targets 

  • Management experience or evidence of previous team leader roles or similar 

  • Experience with managing and monitoring multiple projects; with the ability to deliver strong strategic evidence and insights 

  • A solid understanding of meeting our clients' objectives and managing expectations, working to budgets and tight deadlines

  • An ability to interpret and discuss digital marketing briefs, with a clear understanding of objectives, goals and KPIs

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to effectively communicate with the wider team and clients 

  • A versatile nature with the ability to work fast with agility whilst not compromising accuracy; attention to detail and taking pride in your work is an absolute must

  • To stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tech and software

Please note: We do offer flexible working hours but this is a full-time, in office position.
